These items of jewellery have been made for many different situations – what they have in common is that they all celebrate a particular event or occasion – the food themes are from three years participation in Liverpool’s Hope Street Food Festival, the sprayed plastic and aluminium bangles and earrings are from a collaboration with clothes designer at “Post”, the four brooches with the brightly dressed girls are for a customer and her friends, the abstract patterned aluminium designs were my flight of fancy and the “Beachcomber” collection made from vintage items in my studio, were for the final Mersey Jewellers and Metal Artists exhibition in 2013.
